- Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg in Gulmarg due to local union restrictions at these particular places
- Please be informed that commercial & private vehicles of Srinagar city are not allowed to do entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Pahalgam & Sonamarg which includes trips to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley in Pahalgam

Cancellation Policy
No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations/reschedule. However,
- Any cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the departure date would attract a 50% cancellation of the total ticket value.
- Any cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date would attract a 100% cancellation of the total ticket value.
- If your full payment is not received 7 days prior to the departure date, the booking stands cancelled without any prior intimation and the amount received by the Tripper Trails will be forfeited with no refund.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
General Policies:
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid identification proof at the time of check-in. The identification proof accepted are Voter’s ID card, Passport, & Driver’s license. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
- Tripper Trails reserves the right to take strict actions against a guest, if any action by the guest is deemed inappropriate by the tour captain or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the tour captain.
- Certain tours may have different policies during different times of the year and our policy may not apply to them.
- Guest shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear to an asset if any.
- Certain policies are booking specific and will be informed to the customer while making the booking.
- We reserve the right to change these terms at any time & any such changes will be in effect immediately when posted on our website, in our brochures, or otherwise brought to your attention.
