Our trips are led by our travel experts and pocket friendly to ensure that you can see this beautiful world around you as much as you want!
Founder’s note
Amit Mishra
Founder, CEO
Amit Mishra is an entrepreneurial visionary with a strong penchant for travelling. With his graduation, he co-founded a startup in the transportation sector which gave him the experience he needed to build something that combined both his passion and skill. That gave birth to the idea of Tripper Trails. Having travelled quite a bit himself, Amit discovered that although people travel to many destinations, they do not get to enjoy the true essence of travelling since they focus on just the destination and not gaining experience or making memories.
Moreover, many people in the city do not find people to travel with and often feel lonely. Hence, he decided to build a travel community where people could feel at home, get the experience they deserve and create memories for a lifetime.
Tripper Trails is the brainchild of passionate team who want to create a community where people can feel that they belong. It is all about People, Experiences and Memories.
Our Values
Our values are what make or break us. An organization’s values shape its culture and vision forward. Before the inception of Tripper Trails, we already knew what our values should be. We wanted to build a community where everyone can belong. A travel community that identifies with the present generation and makes them feel at home.
People
Tripper Trails is not simply a company. We are a community. A community of extremely passionate travellers who believe that travel need not be bound by heavy expenses or a week-long vacation. People, or rather you, are the core of Tripper Trails.
Each of our trips are intricately designed, keeping your comfort and needs in mind. We do not just want to show you around a place; we want you to find a new family in this community. We want you to find a community which you can call home.
Experiences
Our experiences are what shapes us; who we are and who we become. At Tripper Trails, we believe that your experience with us will shape you, both the good and bad. You will not just see a place as a traveller, but you will experience the joy of waking up with the sun, sharing a tent with a stranger who may just become your best friend tomorrow or simply, the experience of backpacking like you have never done.
Our aim is that at the end of your journey, you can reflect back to find that this was in fact, one of the best experiences of your life and you want more of this.
Memories
Ed Sheeran once said, “We keep this love in a photograph. We make these memories for ourselves.” We really do, don’t we? Years from now, unintentionally, you stumble upon a long-forgotten photograph of a trip with Tripper Trails.
No matter where you are at life, we would want you to remember that that day with those group of travellers was one of the happiest day of your life. We want you to have that memory etched into your soul. A happy memory. A memory to make you smile, come what may.
Transparency
Transparency is one of our core values at Tripper Trails. We wholeheartedly believe that an organizationcan succeed when all of it’s members are aware of the nitty-gritties.
Our team which comprises of the core team, the trip captains, the vendors and the other support staff regularly meet and are informed of the functioning of the company, its vision, its goals and everything that happens. We share a relationship of trust and inter-dependency wherein the functioning of one depends on the functioning of the other.

They are nothing short of superheroes who are experts at leading trips and managing groups of people to make Tripper Trails a very loved community. They have been chosen for their skills and background in the travel industry and have been further trained to align with the values of our team.
Transport Drivers
We understand how much faith a person puts on us when they are choosing to travel with us. This includes their safety during the entire journey when they are travelling at odd hours. Therefore, we make sure that all our transport drivers are local experts who know the nook and corners of their routes and can navigate through any terrain at any hour!
Local Support Teams
Our local support team includes our host properties and other such vendors who work with us regularly to make sure that our travellers have a flawless experience. We are extremely selective about our vendors as they form a part of our extended family and need to understand our vision. They not only bring a touch of the local community with them but are also very hospitable to make sure that our travellers always feel at home.
