  • Kalhatty Ghat is steep and may be closed during heavy monsoons. The alternate route via Pykara will be used if needed
     
  • Carry warm clothes – temperatures can dip sharply at night in Gudalur and Ooty
     
  • Valid ID proof required at stays (PAN card not accepted)
     
  • Expect a limited mobile network in plantation and forest zones
     
  • Respect the silence of forest zones, especially while crossing the Bandipur stretch

Cancellation Policy

No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations/reschedule. However,

  • If cancellations/reschedule are made 7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations/reschedule are made 3 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations/reschedule are made within 3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
