Know Before You Go

• Forest zones are protected – follow all wildlife safety and silence protocols
   
• Mobile signal is patchy – keep offline maps ready
   
• Safari and tribal access require advance permission (best applied 10 days ahead)
   
• Avoid late evening travel on the Dhimbam Ghat due to possible animal crossings
   
• Dress modestly around villages and temples
   
• Best time to visit: October to March for cooler weather and post-monsoon greenery

No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations/reschedule. However,

• If cancellations/reschedule are made 7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations/reschedule are made 3 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations/reschedule are made within 3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
