8. No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Rather it will be
taken over email. Please also note that the booking amount for all packages/trips is
non-refundable.
9. When the change or cancellation arises from situations amounting to “force majeure” or
for
another reason beyond our control (After departure) Ilahitravels experiences Private Limited
shall not be responsible to refund or compensate the amount already deposited earlier.
10. In case of drop out by the Participant in between the Trip We shall not be responsible to
make
any refund in such a situation. The participant would also have to pay additionally for
unplanned expenses on planning and executing the retreat of the participant on actual basis.
In case suitable arrangements for retreat are not possible. Ilahitravels reserves the right to
deny such drop out in between the event. And the decision will be final for the participants.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT
FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS.
The refund of the amount would be processed as per deduction guidelines outlined
below :
1. Cancellations up to 15 days prior to departure date - 0% deduction
2. Between 15 days to 7 days prior to departure - 50% deduction
3. Less than 7 days of departure - no cash refund
4. Booking amount is Non - Refundable under any circumstances.
5. Full Payment of the trip cost must be paid 7 days prior to the trip or at the Induction programme whichever is earlier. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip and the booking amount will not be refundable.
